Workshop Terms & Conditions & Covid-19 Information

Our commitment:

You can book with full confidence going forward. Should any workshops have to be postponed due to a change in government guidelines; attendees will be notified well in advance and allowed to move their booking. Hand-sanitizer will be provided.

All classwork and materials will be prepared with a designated workstation for you. You will be expected to take your boards home the day of the class. Boards left behind will be disposed of.

If you would like to pick the boards up at a later date, please make arrangements with the instructor. If you would like your boards trimmed or shipped the attendee will agree to pay the additional fees.

We will continue to review and reserve the right to reschedule any sessions – in line with best advice from Health Advisors. Please visit the Education & Seminars page for information on scheduled Seminars.

Your commitment:

You are encouraged to wear a facemask while on our premises. Please only come on the premises if you are not at risk to others. Please do not visit if you have symptoms or feel unwell.

Terms & Conditions:

Please take the time to read through our T&C’s before signing up for a class. Your registration is a digital booking; you will not receive a voucher by mail. If you are booking for someone else as a gift, please let us know when ordering.

Please note, workshop bookings are strictly nonrefundable. However, if you are unable to attend the workshop, we will do our best to accommodate changes to your booking with at least 14 days notice via email at info@firenzecolor.com.

Punctuality is important. Our classes start promptly, and therefore we request that you arrive 15 minutes in the Seminar area before the start of your session. This will give you time to get comfortable and meet your new friends. If you are going to be late, please let us know as soon as possible. Much time, planning and cost are involved with preparation for each workshop. A “No Show” will forfeit all rights for reimbursement or rescheduling.

Covid19 Protocol:

Operation of the workshops has changed considering the need for additional hygiene, social distancing and safety by both students and instructor.

Self-distancing:

Going forward, the class sizes will be kept smaller, in order to implement a 4 feet+ distance rule. The distance between participants will not be less than 4 feet.

Handwashing and personal sanitization:

Hand sanitizer will be available both on entry to the premises and a temperature check. Participants will be encouraged to wash their hands regularly.

Self-isolation:

We ask all participants attending to confirm they have no COVID-19 symptoms, or knowingly been in contact with anyone displaying any symptoms within the preceding 14 days. It will be drawn to participants attention before any workshop starts that all those attending are declaring that they can satisfy these conditions.
