Can I order a custom color?

Firenzecolor specializes in custom color matching! Bring us a sample of the color you desire and we’ll match it for you with a custom formula. We are happy to work with any color fan deck, e.g; Sherwin Williams, Benjamin Moore, Pantone, or Farrow & Ball.

Do you ship from your locations?

We ship to all 50 U.S. States, excluding Guam, V.I. and the Mariana Isles. We also ship to all provinces within Canada.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes! feel free to visit our showroom location on the day of your pick up. Our warehouses are stocked and ready to fulfill your order with a minimal wait time.

Do you have a loading dock?

A loading dock is available for your convenience at each of our locations.

Can I return an item?

Yes you can. An unused, un-tinted, and unopened container of product may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. A small restocking fee is charged for inventory purposes.

Where do your products come from?

Our products are imported direct from our business partners in Italy. We do the work of importing so that you can buy premium quality material for your design needs. They are authentic Marmorino and lime based plasters, unlike many of the imitation products available in the USA today.

Do you offer dealership partnerships?

We do! We are excited at the prospect of working with new distributors across the United States. We provide an application package including contract, wholesale lists, product data, and showroom design needs.

Do you sponsor advertisements for industry related businesses?

We work with reputable businesses for industry exposure. Space is available to those desiring to be sponsored via our web pages. Social media mentions are also available. See our Advertising page in our Footer.

If I have a technical question, who can I speak with?

Our Master Applicators and Instructors, are available for all your troubleshooting needs. With over 20 years of experience in the field as artists and plaster applicators, we can provide technical data on all of our products, as well as targeted problem solving should you require it. We are available every weekday from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm to fulfill order via telephone and are happy to accommodate you.
