Workshop Terms & Conditions

Our Commitment to You

You can book with full confidence. If any workshops must be postponed due to changes in government guidelines, attendees will be notified well in advance and given the option to reschedule.

  • Hand sanitizer will be provided.

  • Each participant will have a designated, prepared workstation.

  • You are expected to take your boards home at the end of the class. Boards left behind without prior arrangement may be discarded.

  • If you wish to pick up your boards later, please coordinate with your instructor.

  • Trimming or shipping of boards is available for an additional fee.

We reserve the right to reschedule any session in accordance with the latest health and safety guidance. For current information on upcoming sessions, please visit the Education & Seminars page.


Your Commitment to Us

  • We encourage you to wear a face mask while on the premises.

  • Please do not attend if you feel unwell or are experiencing any symptoms of illness.

  • Help us create a safe and respectful environment for all attendees.


Class Registration Terms & Conditions

Please read the following carefully before registering:

  • Registration is digital only — no physical vouchers will be mailed.

  • If you’re booking as a gift for someone else, please inform us during checkout.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • All workshops are non-refundable.

  • In the case of cancellation, Firenzecolor® may issue store credit at its discretion.

  • We are not responsible for any accommodation or travel-related expenses due to cancellation.

  • Students may reschedule up to three business days before the class start date.

  • For rescheduling with at least 14 days’ notice, email us at info@firenzecolor.com, and we will do our best to accommodate you.


Punctuality

  • Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in and get comfortable before your session begins.

  • Workshops start promptly, and preparation involves significant planning and cost.

  • If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible.

  • No-shows will forfeit the right to reschedule or receive any reimbursement.
