REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
Return Policy:
Un-tinted and un-used returns will be honored within 30 days of return only. A 15% restocking charge will apply on all returns or cancellations. Returns must be shipped prepaid by customer. No returns or cancellations on tinted products or pallet rates will be honored. In the event of a color match error, a replacement will be considered only if products remain unused and are returned within 10 days of delivery.
Returns:

Refunds:
All workshops are non-refundable. However, in the case of student cancellation, Firenzecolor® may honor a store credit. Firenzecolor® is not responsible for fees or other accommodation booking costs if a cancellation occurs.
International Shipments:
International Shipments may be subject to additional Customs Duties/fees.
