Business Developer San Marco Group USA

The new Business developer for San Marco Group USA will be primarily responsible for the scouting and development of distribution partners throughout the US, in order to contribute to the increase of both revenues and company market share.

Reporting to the Director of Operations of San Marco Group USA, he/she will be in charge of these activities:

  • Starting with known business opportunities, scout new distribution partners in US.
  • Develop distribution partners in order to consolidate SMG USA in the market and increase clients relations and growth.
  • Continue the development of A&D and RE developer to strengthen local brand awareness and demand in target areas.
  • Use training sessions and remote support to strengthen product awareness and expertise with prospective partners and their local markets, and build confidence in the brand.
  • Supports existing Novacolor importers in order to scale them into more mature partners.
  • Create a model business plan to present to serious interested parties.

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of Novacolor and Firenze color products.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Novacolor and FC product application and training.
  • Construction industry expertise, especially architectural coatings
  • Excellent training and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of the “made in Italy,” sustainability, and other key features of the products, and able to promote consistently with brand strategy
  • Fluent in English and Italian
